About the role#
The Commercial Year-Round Co-Op program provides students with part-time work experience in Marketing, Sales, and the Owner Channel. You will work 20-25 hours per week during the school year, with the possibility of increased hours during the summer. This position offers the chance to work with experienced leaders to meet business objectives and attend professional development sessions. Upon strong performance, you may have the opportunity to interview for the full-time Commercial Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
You will participate in various team assignments, such as Retail or Contract National Account Sales, Direct Sales, eCommerce, Lead Generation, Parts Sales, Marketing & Brand, Consumer Insights, Sales Operations, Training, or Pricing Analytics. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Delivering consistent results under close supervision.
- Achieving established goals and prioritizing continuous learning.
- Addressing routine challenges and interpreting work direction.
- Making minor adjustments to work methods.
- Communicating in a clear and concise manner.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time student currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university program.
- You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- You must maintain a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA.
- Your graduation date must be December 2027 or later.
- You must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
- You must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

- This role is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Work modality includes both on-site and remote opportunities.
- This is a paid, part-time position starting in Winter 2027.
