About the role#
As a Pharmacy Student Intern, you will work under the guidance of a pharmacist to support health-system pharmacy operations. This role focuses on applying your knowledge of pharmacy calculations, pharmacology, and pharmacy law in a clinical setting.
What you'll do#
- Perform pharmacy-related tasks under the direction of a licensed pharmacist.
- Follow department policies and procedures to ensure safe operations.
- Contribute to the delivery of pharmaceutical care for patients.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree program at the P1 level or higher.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License from the Department of Professional Regulation.
