    About the role#

    This is a full-time, unpaid Human Resources Co-op opportunity for the Summer 2026 term. This role provides students with hands-on experience and insight into the Talent Acquisition field within the security and investigations industry.

    What you'll do#

    • Apply academic knowledge to real-world HR tasks.
    • Assist the recruitment team in growing the workforce.
    • Recruit professionals for Aviation Security roles.
    • Coordinate and organize upcoming recruitment events.
    • Support the development of professional partnerships.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
    • A motivated and inspiring approach to work.
    • Ability to contribute innovative ideas.
    • A reliable and enthusiastic attitude as a team player.
