About the role#
This is a full-time, unpaid Human Resources Co-op opportunity for the Summer 2026 term. This role provides students with hands-on experience and insight into the Talent Acquisition field within the security and investigations industry.
What you'll do#
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world HR tasks.
- Assist the recruitment team in growing the workforce.
- Recruit professionals for Aviation Security roles.
- Coordinate and organize upcoming recruitment events.
- Support the development of professional partnerships.
