About the role#
This Human Resources Co-op position offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience and insight into a career in Talent Acquisition. You will work directly with the team in our Mississauga office to support recruitment initiatives and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Apply academic knowledge to practical human resources tasks.
- Assist recruiters in growing the team and hiring Aviation Security professionals.
- Organize and coordinate upcoming recruitment events.
- Support the development of professional partnerships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology program.
- A motivated and inspiring approach to work.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- A reliable and enthusiastic attitude as a team player.
