About the role#
We are looking for an HR Co-op to help build a structured onboarding program for new employees at 1Finity Americas. This role focuses on research, content development, and program design. You will work with HR teams, business leaders, and executives to ensure new joiners have the resources they need. This is a 6-month co-op assignment for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Interview recent hires and stakeholders to identify onboarding needs.
- Analyze feedback and survey results to spot content gaps.
- Design and create onboarding materials covering company strategy, products, and organizational structure.
- Collaborate with business leaders to validate your work.
- Present your recommendations to leadership to secure buy-in.
- Gather participant feedback to refine and improve the onboarding experience over time.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Experience or coursework in HR, employee experience, learning and development, or change management.
- Experience creating presentations or training materials.
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Modality: This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work at our Dallas office.
- Commitment: 15-20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $18 to $25 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
