About the role#
Frazier & Deeter is hiring a Tax Intern for the Summer 2028 term. This full-time, on-site role provides exposure to a wide range of clients, from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies. You will work as a member of the engagement team and receive guidance from a designated buddy.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns and draft tax memos.
- Communicate with tax authorities.
- Attend client meetings and collaborate with professionals ranging from associates to partners.
- Share ideas and ask questions through regular discussions with colleagues.
- Attend training sessions to build your technical knowledge.
- Participate in firm social events to connect with the team.
