About the role#
The Boathouse Supervisor manages daily operations at the waterfront. This is a student position for the 2026-2027 academic year. You will handle staff scheduling, equipment management, and ensure all safety policies are followed. Federal Work Study students are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do#
- Manage staff schedules and provide training on Raven Recreation policies.
- Assist students with checking out equipment like boats, life jackets, and paddles.
- Maintain the organization of the boathouse space and all gear.
- Enforce safety rules, including the use of life vests and checking for fishing licenses.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift kayaks and canoes when necessary.
- Capability to enforce policies consistently.
- Previous waterfront experience is helpful but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: North Fields Activity Center (The Bubble) in Rindge, New Hampshire.
- Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, totaling 19 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
