About the role#
As an HR Support Intern, you will work directly with our Human Resources team to assist employees and manage daily operations. This role provides an opportunity to build your understanding of HR programs, systems, and compliance regulations. You will engage with team projects and contribute to improving existing workflows while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Answer employee inquiries and clarify HR policies.
- Manage employee cases while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Gain proficiency in HR systems and basic compliance regulations.
- Support team projects and help improve HR workflows.
- Use Microsoft Office products for administrative tasks and documentation.
- Work in the office to engage directly with the team and employees.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in a Human Resources related field.
