About the role#
This internship supports the Talent Management and Organizational Development team at Philadelphia Gas Works. You will focus on creating and managing digital learning content to support employee development. This is a paid, part-time position located on-site in Philadelphia.
What you'll do#
- Build high-quality digital learning content using instructional design principles and eLearning tools.
- Transform existing instructor-led training and PowerPoint presentations into interactive eLearning modules.
- Keep online learning materials updated to ensure they remain accurate and consistent.
- Upload and organize modules within the ADP Learning Management System.
- Assist the team with various projects and day-to-day tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.
- Sophomore standing or higher in a Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related degree program.
- Strong academic performance and good standing with your institution.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring software.
- Solid computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills plus analytical ability.
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours of work per week.
