Product Development Intern

About the role#

Four Hands is seeking a Product Development Intern to support the team with swatch tracking, overseas communication, and project coordination. This part-time, on-site internship runs for the Fall 2026 term, from September through December 2026.

What you'll do#

• Maintain and organize the central library of master swatches from overseas factories.
• Coordinate with the Photography team to ensure new swatches are photographed and returned to the swatch room promptly.
• Collaborate with overseas teams to verify that swatch data is complete and finalized before new finishes launch.
• Track and update product status post-review, including managing the Introduction Status List and updating the product site.
• Ensure all necessary product information and photography are received from overseas partners prior to market.
• Create and manage presentation materials as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Textiles and Apparel, Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Understanding of product databases or content management systems (CMS).
