About the role#
Four Hands is seeking a Product Development Intern to support the product development team. This role involves tracking swatches, coordinating with overseas teams, maintaining the swatch library, and assisting with various projects and presentations. This is a part-time, on-site internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and organize the central library for master swatches received from overseas factories.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure new swatches are photographed and returned to the swatch room promptly.
- Coordinate with overseas teams to verify that swatch data is complete and finalized before new finishes launch.
- Manage the Introduction Status List and work with the Supply Chain team as needed.
- Ensure product information and photography are received from overseas partners prior to market.
- Track and update product status post-review, update the product site, and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Create and manage presentation materials and handle other duties as assigned by management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Textiles and Apparel, Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana or Monday.com.
- Familiarity with product databases or content management systems used to maintain product information.

- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Commitment: Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
