About the role#
The Sales Project Management Intern will support the National Sales organization by driving revenue-generating projects from kickoff to completion. This role sits at the center of Inside and Field sales teams, acting as a connective thread across internal departments and business verticals such as eCommerce, Retail, and Art. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Austin, Texas, for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate revenue-driving projects across sales teams by tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to keep Inside and Field representatives aligned on shared goals.
- Partner with internal departments to remove roadblocks and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain project trackers and dashboards to provide status updates and surface potential risks.
- Prepare reporting and summaries for the Senior Director of National Sales to assist in decision-making.
- Organize cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and follow up to drive accountability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, with a preference for Business, Marketing, or Communications majors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with people across various teams and seniority levels.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset focused on connecting people and tasks.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite, project management software, and presentation tools.
