Sales Project Management Intern

About the role#

Four Hands is seeking a Sales Project Management Intern to support our National Sales organization. This role sits at the center of our Inside and Field sales teams, providing hands-on experience in how a high-performing sales engine executes revenue-driven strategies. You will gain exposure to project management, sales operations, and business strategy while working across multiple verticals including eCommerce, Retail, and Art.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate revenue-driving projects across Inside and Field sales teams by tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact to keep sales representatives aligned on shared goals and priorities.
• Partner with internal departments to remove roadblocks and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards to provide status updates and surface potential risks.
• Prepare reports and summaries for the Senior Director of National Sales to support decision-making.
• Organize cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and follow up to drive accountability.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting across teams and seniority levels.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with an interest in connecting dots and bringing people together.
• Proficiency or comfort with MS Office suite, project management software, and presentation tools.

• Location: Austin, Texas.
• Modality: On-site.
• Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
• Commitment: Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week) for a minimum of 12 weeks.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
