About the role#
Fluke is hiring a Test Engineer Co-Op for the Fall 2026 term. You will work with engineering and operations teams to develop and support manufacturing test and calibration systems for new and existing products. This role focuses on factory test processes, new product introductions, and the retirement of legacy products. You will gain hands-on experience by solving manufacturing challenges and contributing to productivity and quality initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Design, implement, and support manufacturing test systems.
- Improve production quality, reliability, and efficiency through data analysis.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and electrical communication systems in test stations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Validate test stations using hardware and software to ensure accurate performance.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited institution.
- Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry.
- Ability to read schematics.

- This position is based on-site in Everett, Washington.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term.
