About the role#
As a Project Engineer Intern, you will work directly with the Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams. This role focuses on the design, development, and improvement of internal manufacturing processes and machinery. You will participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Improve existing manufacturing processes and help develop new ones.
- Analyze problems alongside different departments to find effective solutions.
- Help oversee project implementation to ensure successful results.
- Create detailed information for manufacturing, assembly, and project execution.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the duration of each project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with 3D modeling, specifically SolidWorks.
- Ability to generate accurate technical drawings from 3D models.
- Motivation to solve problems and work well within a team.
- Knowledge of machining, materials, or automation is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in High Ridge, Missouri.
- This position can be structured as a co-op.
