About the role#
Join our 10-week Internship Development Program to build your actuarial foundation. You will work within our Life Actuarial team, gaining technical knowledge and professional skills across various business lines. This role includes a capstone project on a cross-functional team and direct access to senior management. The program also features business classes, volunteer opportunities, and social events.
What you'll do#
- Drive results through quantitative analysis and insurance pricing.
- Determine reserve valuations and financial reporting.
- Develop long-term projections of insurance products for analytical purposes.
- Perform experience studies.
- Set assumptions for Life, Annuity, and Accident & Health blocks.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior graduating between November 2026 and July 2027.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Enthusiasm for the insurance industry.
- Preference is given to candidates who have passed at least one actuarial exam.
- Majors in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Science.
