About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to build core skills and gain working knowledge of business practices at Northland Securities. You will engage with the team through educational sessions and project work while focusing on your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Attend and participate in internship educational sessions to build industry knowledge and process understanding.
- Participate in or lead assigned short-term projects as requested by your manager.
- Work with your manager to create and implement a development plan that aligns your interests with educational opportunities in the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
- A major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Completed coursework in investments.
- Unrestricted work authorization (sponsorship is not provided).
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- This role is on-site at the Northland Securities office.
- The internship term is rolling.
