About the role#
The Enterprise Risk Management Internship is a 12-week developmental program designed to provide college students with exposure to Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity within the financial services industry. Interns will engage in hands-on projects, receive mentoring from senior staff, and build professional contacts while gaining industry knowledge.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the Business Continuity Program, including business impact analysis, planning, and testing.
- Help identify, develop, and implement process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and best practices.
- Assist with second line of defense compliance to help ensure corporate initiatives align with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis regarding business impacts, risk assessments, and continuity testing.
- Participate in corporate internship program activities such as educational workshops, networking events, and community outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Public Administration, Emergency Management, Business Continuity, or Public Health.
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher after completing your sophomore year.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multitask and adapt to a professional environment.
- Unrestricted work authorization (sponsorship is not provided).
