About the role#
We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to help us support filmmakers, creators, and storytellers using our platform. You will work directly with our team to improve the user experience and bridge the gap between our community and the engineering team.
What you'll do#
- Support users via email, Discord, and in-app feedback channels.
- Investigate technical issues using PostHog and AI tools.
- Track open issues from initial report through to resolution.
- Identify recurring user pain points.
- Translate user feedback into clear bug reports and short PRDs for our engineers.
What you'll need#
- Strong responsiveness and follow-through on all tasks.
- Clear, empathetic written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Curiosity about AI and creative software.
- Comfort with asking for help and verifying facts.
- Proactive and organized work habits.
- Good judgment in distinguishing between usability questions and actual product bugs.
- Experience in customer support, community management, or product testing is a plus.
- Experience with video production or AI creation is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote.
- This is a full-time internship with a rolling start date.
- Compensation is $20 to $30 per hour.
- Applicants must be US citizens or hold a valid US visa. We do not provide sponsorship.
