About the role#
Flick is looking for a Growth Engineer Intern to help bring our platform to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers. You will work directly with our founders to build systems that expand our reach within global creator communities. This role is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Build and improve core organic growth systems.
- Own experiments across SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and programmatic content.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing data, user behavior, and running rapid experiments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops.
- Explore new ways to grow our presence within filmmaker and AI creator communities.
What you'll need#
- Solid engineering fundamentals and the ability to build and ship independently.
- Strong attention to detail regarding the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Ability to learn quickly and get up to speed on unfamiliar systems or problems.
- Practical understanding of SEO, GEO, and organic growth.
- Analytical mindset with the resourcefulness to identify opportunities, run experiments, and learn from results.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote.
- The internship term is on a rolling basis.
- Compensation is $6,000 to $7,000 per month.
- Applicants must be US citizens or hold a valid visa.
