About the role#
We are looking for our first Marketing Engineering Intern to build and maintain the systems that power our marketing efforts. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, our CEO, and vertical PMs to create agents and automations that generate content and track campaign performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Redwood City, California.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain automations and agents that generate marketing content like ads, emails, and social posts.
- Support the instrumentation and monitoring of live campaigns to track their impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Map marketing-sourced and influenced leads through the funnel from MQL to closed deals.
- Prototype reusable templates and agents for recurring content types such as digital postcards, newsletters, and flyers.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure all automations align with current campaign needs.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in writing code and a GitHub profile with examples of your work.
- Interest in applying AI and agents to solve marketing problems.
- Experience as a self-directed builder who can turn campaign ideas into working automations.
- Ability to give and receive in-the-moment feedback with teammates.
- Familiarity with marketing and growth concepts like attribution and funnel metrics.
- Experience deploying simple apps or services using tools like Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, or Coder.dev.
- Comfort using LLMs to build end-to-end workflows.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
