About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work alongside financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. This position is a 10-week, full-time summer program running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while participating in the FIDTERN Program to support business-critical initiatives. This role is on-site and provides coaching and mentorship from branch professionals.

- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and improve processes.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Participate in networking events, professional development programs, and learning opportunities.
- Bring fresh perspectives to enhance client and business outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year of college.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding customer experience.

- Location: Rochester, New York.

- Compensation: $20 to $32 per hour.
