About the role#
As a Branch Intern at the Fidelity Investor Center, you will work directly with financial professionals to support the client experience. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building skills in communication and relationship management. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience through the FIDTERN Program.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year of college.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
