About the role#
FFE Inc. is hiring a BIM Management Co-op to join our team in Cincinnati. This is a paid, on-site position where you will gain hands-on experience with digital design workflows and project delivery. You will work alongside our BIM Manager to maintain model quality and support project coordination. We treat our co-ops as team members, providing you with opportunities to develop technical skills while collaborating with staff across the firm.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with BIM workflows and Revit model management.
- Assist with model setup, organization, and quality control to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain Revit families, templates, libraries, and other digital resources.
- Participate in model coordination and clash detection efforts.
- Research emerging BIM technologies, software tools, and industry best practices.
- Help document BIM processes and troubleshoot technology-related questions for project teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- A GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred.
- A basic understanding of BIM concepts or experience with multidisciplinary building models is preferred.
- An interest in digital project delivery and design technology.
