About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in performance analysis at the elite level. You will work within the Performance Analysis Department to support the FC Cincinnati 2 team. The role requires a commitment of up to 28 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Support the performance analysis provision for the club.
- Film FC Cincinnati 2 team or goalkeeping training sessions as required.
- Post-code and label training sessions and games in alignment with club playing and position principles.
- Assist in creating written and video-based opposition analysis.
- Complete individual research projects.
- Represent the FC Cincinnati brand in all capacities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Sport Management, Kinesiology, Health Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- Strong technical and tactical soccer knowledge.
- Possession of a US Soccer D coaching license or an equivalent qualification.
- Superb organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure for long hours.
