About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Performance Analysis Department at the elite level. You will work up to 28 hours per week at the Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio. The role is paid on an hourly basis, and college credit is available if required.
What you'll do#
- Support the performance analysis provision for the team.
- Film FC Cincinnati 2 and goalkeeping training sessions as needed.
- Post code training sessions and matches in accordance with club playing principles.
- Label FC Cincinnati 2 game footage.
- Create written and video-based opposition analysis.
- Complete individual research projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Kinesiology, Health Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sport Management.
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of soccer.
- A US Soccer D coaching license or an equivalent qualification.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work under pressure for long hours.
