About the role#
The Community Operations Intern supports our presence across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu. You will keep our community active by driving conversations and answering user questions. This role involves planning events from start to finish and turning user feedback into clear insights.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily operations on WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu.
- Drive community conversations and answer member questions.
- Plan and execute events like hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups.
- Write community content and campaign copy.
- Curate high-quality user-generated content.
- Gather user feedback and deliver weekly metrics reports.
- Nurture relationships with key opinion consumers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree or above.
- Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
- Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry.
- Knowledge of the Web3 space, including community culture, DAO governance, airdrops, whitelists, and NFT communities.
- Empathetic, organized, and execution-driven work style.
- Prior experience running social accounts or communities is a plus.
