About the role#
As a Jr Treasury Analyst intern, you will gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, financial analysis, and reporting. You will report to the Senior Treasury Analyst in our downtown Montreal office. This role provides training and mentorship to help you develop professional skills within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and variance explanation.
- Prepare bank fee reports and treasury accounting entries.
- Initiate payments through online banking systems.
- Perform financial analysis and investigate transactions.
- Update process documentation to keep operations compliant with corporate and regulatory policies.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently completing a bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting (2nd or 3rd year) or a technical diploma in administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A sense of accountability and the ability to work well in a team.

- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
