About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to experience the Operational Risk Management (ORM) department at F.N.B. Corporation. You will gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry by applying your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Participate in ORM engagement planning and track documentation requests.
- Shadow ORM staff, seniors, and project leaders during their weekly activities.
- Develop questionnaires and request lists to assist in departmental reviews.
- Evaluate evidence received from business units for efficacy and process support.
- Form conclusions and assist in shaping final report products.
- Attend training sessions and events scheduled for summer interns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
