About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in data quality and governance within the Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance program at F.N.B. Corporation. You will work with enterprise data assets, including master data, metadata, and analytical platforms, while gaining exposure to real-world data practices in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Participate in data quality initiatives and governance projects across multiple business units.
- Attend project meetings covering topics such as data privacy, security, architecture, and metadata management.
- Receive training in SQL, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Complete assigned duties related to data quality and governance.
- Engage in corporate training and networking events.
- Present your work and findings to the Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance team and IT leadership at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
- No prior experience is required.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The primary office location is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
