About the role#
F&G is hiring an intern for the Tax Department during the summer of 2027. This role focuses on investment tax accounting and compliance. You will report to the Manager of Tax Investments and work alongside the tax team to support quarterly processes and annual filings.
What you'll do#
- Prepare investment tax workpapers and internal controls for the quarterly tax provision process.
- Create investment tax workpapers for 2026 Federal income tax returns.
- Manage the 2026 K-1 tracking schedule.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to collect and scan K-1 documents.
- Assist with the preparation of 2026 Federal income tax forms.
- Support the team with ad hoc requests and special projects related to investment tax accounting.
What you'll need#
- Current major in Accounting or Finance.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher within your major.
- An interest in tax or investment accounting.
- Preference for candidates interested in a career within the financial services industry.
