About the role#
This Quality Engineering Co-Op position supports our production and engineering teams in maintaining product quality and system compliance. You will work across departments to resolve quality issues and improve internal processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Verona, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support staff to address quality concerns.
- Perform root-cause analysis using critical thinking skills.
- Conduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure process conformity.
- Update and improve existing documentation materials.
- Drive cross-discipline process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Clear communication skills, including technical writing ability.
- Experience with statistical process analysis methods.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management Systems (QMS).

- Location: Verona, Wisconsin.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule options: Spring and Summer 2027 (January to August) or Summer and Fall 2027 (May to December).
- Status: This is a paid, full-time position. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
