About the role#
As a BIM Technician Intern, you will join our BIM team within the Entertainment, Hospitality, and Healthcare sector. This role focuses on supporting project design teams by managing 3D models and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the design process. You will work on-site in Maitland, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Create 3D Revit models based on documentation from clients and consultants.
- Engage directly with client model managers to resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain and link AutoCAD drawings provided by external partners.
- Update client-provided models in a timely manner.
- Perform model health checks and coordinate adjustments with the design team and our BIM team leader.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Interest in BIM model management for Hospitality, Entertainment, or Healthcare projects.
- Exposure to the latest versions of Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preferred: Experience with ACC/BIM360 Document Management and Bluebeam.
- A plus: Experience with Dynamo, Navisworks, or Revizto.
