About the role#
EXP is seeking a Site Civil Intern to join the team in Coral Gables. You will perform civil engineering tasks under the supervision of junior and senior engineers. The work focuses on development projects involving water, sewer, grading, drainage, site planning, and environmental protection.
What you'll do#
- Use CAD programs to help prepare plan drawings and details.
- Perform engineering calculations under the direction of a licensed engineer.
- Assist with the preparation of technical specifications and reports.
- Prepare due diligence searches and permit applications.
- Perform material quantity take-offs.
- Support project teams in meeting deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience with computer aided drafting and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle tasks with minimal direction.
- Punctuality and professional maturity.

- Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour.
