About the role#
Eulerity is seeking an intern for the Office of the CEO to support team growth and operational scaling. This role functions as a training ground for future Product Managers, where you will treat recruiting pipelines and internal operations as a product. You will identify bottlenecks, test solutions, and optimize the candidate experience while working directly with leadership. This is a full-time position for Summer 2026, with the expectation to transition to a part-time schedule during the academic year.
What you'll do#
- Proactively source passive candidates for technical and business roles.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including interview coordination and applicant tracking.
- Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness to identify process improvements.
- Build dashboards and reports to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct competitive research on compensation and market trends to ensure competitive hiring offers.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- A builder mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing broken processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging candidates and presenting findings to executives.
- A deep interest in technology, product development, and business strategy.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, Psychology, or Economics.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: On-site (30-40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Term: Summer 2026.
