About the role#
We are looking for high school students to join our team as a Server at Greenspring. This is a part-time role designed to fit around your school schedule. You will earn money while building customer service and teamwork skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll do#
- Deliver great dining experiences to our residents.
- Build meaningful connections with the people who live in our community.
- Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
- Develop expertise in menu items and daily specials.
- Suggest menu items to residents to enhance their dining experience.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- No prior work experience is required.
- You should have good communication skills.
- Bring a friendly and energetic attitude to your shifts.
- You must have availability during both weekdays and weekends.
