About the role#
As a Construction Services Intern, you will work under direct supervision to complete routine tasks within our construction department. This role provides a well-rounded learning experience across a variety of projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist construction managers with the administration of contracts.
- Research construction plans and technical specifications.
- Respond to requests for information from construction contractors.
- Review material submittals provided by contractors.
- Collect field data to assist with design work or problem solving.
- Provide general support to staff members as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor degree in civil engineering or construction management from an accredited university.
- You have completed at least one year of study in your program.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
- You work well in a team environment.
- You are detail-oriented and have good communication skills.
