About the role#
Envoy Air is hiring a Talent Development intern for an 11-week paid summer program. You will work with our team to analyze data, improve internal workflows, and support strategic planning initiatives. This role is based in Irving, Texas, and requires full-time, on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Analyze program data using Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize program structures based on your findings.
- Use Power Automate to build flows for email and notification automation.
- Evaluate team workflows to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Create guides and templates for data collection and documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for development initiatives.
- Assist with Culture and Performance Management tasks and other HR responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Junior, Senior, or Graduate student standing at the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Advanced Excel (pivot tables, xlookups, macros).
- Technical skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- If your major is outside of STEM or HR, a minor in computer science or IT is preferred.
- Ability to interpret data sets, identify trends, and present insights to various management levels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Fluency in the English language.
