About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the HRIS team at Envoy Air. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, change management, and system configuration while working on cross-functional initiatives. You will report to the Manager of Envoy HRIS and Reporting.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning and coordinating HRIS projects, including tracking tasks, timelines, milestones, and risks.
- Support change management by helping develop communications, presentations, job aids, and training resources.
- Participate in meetings with the HRIS team and business partners to gather requirements and identify improvements.
- Assist with testing and implementation activities for HRIS enhancements.
- Manage tasks related to Organizational Management, employee data reporting, and HRIS configuration.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Management Information Systems, Economics, Organizational Management, or Human Resources.
- Junior or Senior standing at the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.25 GPA.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience analyzing, organizing, and presenting large data sets.
- Strong problem-solving, forecasting, and financial analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel as needed.
