About the role#
This is a one-year, full-time fellowship designed to provide a deep look into our mission of supporting smallholder farmers. You will work in the field, rotating between projects and countries in cycles. Potential locations include Africa, Latin America, and South East Asia. We provide housing and travel to these locations, along with training and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze sustainability challenges to quantify potential impact.
- Support the design of initiatives, including planning, pilot design, and partner engagement.
- Work in the field with farming communities, local teams, and partners to support program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate results by tracking progress and surfacing insights.
- Collaborate with our data, technology, operations, and field teams.
What you'll need#
- An exceptional academic record as a recent graduate or early-career professional.
- A degree in science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, including familiarity with statistics or the scientific method.
- Experience working in multicultural, independent, or busy settings.
- Language skills in our areas of operation are an asset.
- A positive attitude and a genuine motivation to alleviate poverty.

- This role is remote-first, with significant time spent in the field.
- The fellowship is a full-time, one-year commitment.

About Enveritas
Enveritas is a nonprofit organization established in 2016. Based in New York, the company operates with a team of over 200 employees.
