    About the role#

    The People & Culture Intern works with our team to gain experience in human resources. You will help with projects covering recruiting, hiring, training, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and DEI efforts. This role provides practical knowledge of employment law, compliance, and daily HR operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Post job openings on internal and external sites.
    • Screen incoming resumes.
    • Schedule and conduct phone screens.
    • Support the team with onboarding tasks and prepare new hire paperwork.
    • Help organize and attend recruitment events and job fairs.
    • Maintain personnel files and update department policies and procedures.
    • Assist the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience with daily tasks.
    • Support other departments with HR-related duties.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in college or a recent graduate status.
    • Preference for Human Resources majors.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
    • High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
    • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Commitment: Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week.

    Enterprise Center is a sports and entertainment arena located in downtown St. Louis. It opened in 1994 as a 12-story glass and concrete structure. The facility serves as the home ice for the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club. It hosts approximately 175 events each year, including concerts and various sporting competitions.
