About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the quality assurance and usability testing of streaming products. You will work with a Product Manager and a Design/QA lead through a 12-week curriculum that includes weekly 1:1 mentorship and training on AI-assisted QA tools.
What you'll do#
- Execute guided test passes on release candidates across web, mobile, and TV platforms.
- Write detailed bug reports in Jira including reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, and screen recordings.
- Run regression checklists for scheduled releases and verify fixed issues.
- Perform design QA by comparing shipped screens against Figma specifications and logging discrepancies.
- Test subtitles, captions, and accessibility features across devices.
- Support usability sessions by assisting with task design, note-taking, and synthesizing findings into reports.
- Participate in weekly triage meetings to observe how issues are prioritized.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student in Computer Science, Communications, Media Studies, Human Resources, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn Jira and Figma workflows.
- Bilingual skills in Korean and English are a plus, as are Vietnamese or Chinese language skills.
- Interest in streaming services or international content.
