Advertising Business Intern (Unpaid)

About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience within the Monetization and Marketing department. You will gain insight into the business structure of streaming services, the advertising-driven revenue model of digital media, and the supply chain connecting advertisers, media agencies, and streaming platforms. This is an unpaid, full-time, on-site role based in Fullerton, California.

What you'll do#

• Support the creation of client-facing advertising proposals.
• Design visually impactful pitch decks and marketing materials.
• Develop case studies highlighting advertiser campaign performance and success stories.
• Conduct market and audience research to strengthen proposal messaging.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
• Manage approximately 3–5 proposal or case study projects per week.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Strong sense of marketing and the ability to craft impactful messages tailored to target clients.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging presentation decks.
• Proficiency in design and video tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Canva, and video editing software.
• Analytical thinking skills to conduct research and connect insights to advertising products.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• An interest in streaming media, Korean content, anime, or youth consumer trends is a plus.
