About the role#
Entegris is looking for a Procurement Solutions Process Development Co-Op to join our team in Round Rock, Texas for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment. You will work within our Procurement Solutions group, focusing on program management, process excellence, and automation across our global procurement operations. This role offers exposure to process design and analytics while working alongside procurement leadership.
What you'll do#
- Map and improve procurement processes by documenting current purchasing workflows and helping design simpler methods.
- Support program management by maintaining project timelines, task trackers, and status updates.
- Build reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to visualize process performance.
- Assist with pilot projects using Power Automate and Copilot to reduce manual tasks.
- Create slides and summaries for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with colleagues in Finance, Operations, and Procurement to keep projects moving.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Junior or senior standing is preferred, with a minimum of sophomore-level coursework completed by the start date.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while following up with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with university requirements for co-op participation.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or process-mapping tools is a plus.
