About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month co-op position based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. You will join our team for the Winter 2027 term, working 40 hours per week from January through June. You will support the administration of learning technology, data governance, and analytics while collaborating with teams across Operations, Quality, HR, IT, and Environmental Health and Safety.
What you'll do#
- Partner with site training administrators to improve the quality, consistency, and governance of training data and processes.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) implementation readiness activities.
- Standardize and document training-related business processes, governance practices, and system structures.
- Track and report progress against LMS migration goals, including data cleanup and site readiness metrics.
- Measure the business impact of governance efforts, such as reductions in duplicate records and legacy system complexity.
- Perform basic LMS administrative tasks and provide first-level support for users, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel and Power BI to communicate performance and program progress.
- Document training governance standards and administrative procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve workforce capability processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, with an interest in business systems, data analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of information with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information with professionalism.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with university requirements for co-op participation.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
