About the role#
Entegris is looking for an Internal Audit Co-Op to join our team in Billerica, Massachusetts. This position is for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through June. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a six-month, on-site assignment.
What you'll do#
- Support operational risk-based audits across manufacturing sites, shared services, supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, quality, compliance, and finance.
- Assist with audit planning, including process research, risk identification, and data analysis.
- Participate in walkthroughs, interviews, and control testing to understand how processes are designed and performed.
- Prepare clear audit documentation and summarize testing results.
- Identify potential control gaps and help develop practical recommendations for operational improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Interest in internal audit, risk management, business operations, or manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data, review documents for accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professionalism and a willingness to ask questions to understand business operations.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for participating in a co-op program.
