About the role#
This co-op position is based at our Chaska, Minnesota site for the Winter 2027 term. The assignment is 6 months long and requires full-time, on-site attendance. You will support large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including S/4HANA migration, by strengthening governance practices and improving execution transparency.
What you'll do#
- Maintain integrated program plans by tracking milestones, dependencies, and readiness needs.
- Manage RAID items, including risks, actions, and issues, to ensure clear follow-up.
- Prepare status communications and executive reports for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate meetings, governance forums, and workstream check-ins.
- Maintain governance documentation, including decision logs and process guidance.
- Assist with the creation of training and adoption materials for project teams.
- Identify gaps in documentation quality and execution discipline to improve operational consistency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management concepts such as planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from January through June.
- Familiarity with your university's requirements for co-op participation.
