About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position based in Chaska, Minnesota, for the Winter 2027 season. You will join the enterprise architecture team to support the operations of our architecture practice. This role involves working across business leadership, IT applications, infrastructure, and project management to facilitate planning and development. You will help bring experts together to drive outcomes while reporting to the director of architecture.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of reference architecture processes, including standards and exceptions.
- Build demonstratable solutions to incubate emerging technologies like Agentic AI, Inference AI, and Graph Analytics.
- Contribute to the design, deployment, and effectiveness of global architecture processes.
- Collaborate with teams to influence tools, data, and reporting for architecture practices.
- Create technical diagrams for application and technology lifecycle plans.
- Facilitate logical application communication diagrams for major business areas.
- Participate in defining and capturing capabilities for specific business areas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Familiarity with university co-op program requirements.
- Exposure to IT applications or IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in authoring, editing, and presenting documents, including experience with SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience with Jira usage and configuration, web services, REST APIs, and DevOps via GitHub.
- Knowledge of security best practices.
- Ability to communicate and facilitate discussions across a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
