What is the role about? As a co-op participant at Endress+Hauser, you'll be a valued member of our team, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining hands-on experience over a 4-5 month program. Your primary focus will be supporting Customer and Sales Enablement content development, helping create impactful learning experiences that empower our sales teams and customers. Along the way, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals, tackle real business challenges, and gain valuable insight into instructional design, learning strategy, and project execution within a global organization. Which tasks will you perform? Integrate fully into our team, contributing to projects that drive personal and professional growth. Engage in full-time assignments, gaining hands-on experience. Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights. Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills. Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking. Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback to support continuous improvement. What do we expect from you? You will be (required): Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Certificate in Instructional Design or related field You may have (preferred): Familiarity with ADDIE model Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Ability to consider the learner’s experience, identifying potential areas of confusion and determining the need for additional practice Strong sense of attention to detail and creativity; able to think outside of the box Experience with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline Ability to collaborate effectively across functions Strong networking and relationship-building skills A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership for your projects What can you expect from us?
