About the role#
As an Order Success Co-op, you will join the Customer Excellence department for a 4-5 month program. You will support our team in improving the customer experience from the moment an order is placed until it is fulfilled. This role focuses on clear communication, accurate order handling, and problem solving. You will gain insight into customer-focused operations and process improvement within a global organization.

What you'll need#

- Ability to fulfill a co-op requirement as part of your academic coursework.
- Proficiency with Windows and Excel.

- A proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership of your work.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
- The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- This is a paid position.
