About the role#
We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our team in Springdale. This part-time role allows students to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while balancing their academic commitments. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn new skills and contribute to our ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and using hand tools.
- Help handle and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with the construction crew to complete daily tasks.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines on site.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a technical school, college, or university program, specifically in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability.

- This position is based in Springdale, Arkansas.
- This is an on-site, part-time role with a rolling start date.
