About the role#
We are looking for subject matter experts to evaluate AI-generated content for a learning platform. This role supports medical students during their pre-clinical years and their preparation for USMLE Step 1 and COMLEX exams. You will work on a contract basis, providing expert feedback to ensure content meets the learning needs of first and second-year medical students.
What you'll do#
- Assess AI-generated responses covering basic science topics and the medical school curriculum.
- Rate content based on accuracy, completeness, relevance, and educational utility using established metrics.
- Provide expert feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Complete evaluations asynchronously within deadlines ranging from 5 days to 2 weeks.
- Participate in quarterly evaluation cycles, with the possibility of ad-hoc assessments.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current PGY-1 resident in a US medical residency program (MD or DO degree) OR a fourth-year medical student from an ACGME-accredited school who has passed USMLE Steps 1 and 2.
- Prior experience in medical education content review is preferred.
- A strong understanding of medical education pedagogy and learning outcomes.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role for those in US time zones.
- The contract runs from November 2025 through December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
- The time commitment is 5 to 15 hours per week during active evaluation periods.
- You will participate in a minimum of 4 evaluation cycles per year.
- Compensation is $60 USD per hour, with employment managed through a third-party contracting agency.
