About the role#
This internship offers students the chance to gain practical experience in process design within an engineering environment. You will work on various assignments throughout the summer of 2027, integrating your classroom theory with real work. This is a full-time, paid position that lasts approximately 10 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Perform analytical project work using design documentation, tools, and methods.
- Collaborate with experienced technology professionals to complete your responsibilities.
- Build your understanding of sulfuric acid technology and how projects move from proposal design to on-site startup.
- Work alongside subject matter experts in a team environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.
- Enrollment in an ABET-accredited Chemical Engineering program.
- Legal right to work in the United States without restriction.
- Flexibility regarding work assignment location and potential relocation.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database experience.
