About the role#
Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a motivated co-op to join our inside sales team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and field marketing. You will learn how we connect families across the United States with childcare and cultural exchange solutions. This position is open to students in Business Administration or Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Manage a pipeline of prospective host family leads and provide consistent follow-up.
- Connect with families by phone, text, and email to learn about their childcare needs.
- Ask discovery questions to understand family priorities and tailor your conversations accordingly.
- Help interested families begin the matching process.
- Maintain accurate records and lead information within our CRM.
- Support lead nurturing and outreach campaigns.
- Participate in local events and community activations to represent the Cultural Care brand.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to test new ideas and support special projects.
What you'll need#
- You are friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- You possess natural curiosity and an interest in understanding the needs of others.
- You want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or customer experience.
- You are a strong communicator in both verbal and written forms.
- You are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- You work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- You are adaptable and willing to learn on the job.
- You are motivated to take initiative and contribute your own ideas.
- You are excited to work in an office and occasionally travel for field events.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 5, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (Monday to Thursday in office, with the option to work from home on Fridays).
- Employment: Full time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid at $20/hour.
- Note: Some field events may occur on weekends or require occasional overnight travel. Schedules are adjusted if weekend work is required.
